No Refund Policy

At Abir the Colours of Life Ltd t/a Abir Mas (“Abir Mas”), we are dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for all our masqueraders at the Notting Hill Carnival. Since our inception in 2008, we have consistently delivered exciting, safe, and joyous carnival experiences that celebrate the positive aspects of life through paint, powder, dance, and soca music.

Carnival Packages

Abir Mas offers comprehensive Carnival Packages that include:

• Branded clothing and merchandise to be used exclusively during Abir Mas’s Carnival presentation.
• Access to the parade as part of the Abir Mas group.
• Food and drinks on the day of the parade.

No Refund Policy

Given the extensive planning and resources required to ensure a seamless carnival experience, we have instituted a strict No Refund Policy on all purchases, including but not limited to Carnival Packages, branded clothing, merchandise, and any additional services provided by Abir Mas.

Policy Details:

1. Non-Refundable Items:
   • All Carnival Packages
   • Branded clothing and merchandise
   • Access passes and tickets
   • Food and drink services
2. Event Cancellation or Modification:
   • In the unlikely event that the Notting Hill Carnival is cancelled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, public health concerns, governmental regulations), Abir Mas will not issue refunds. We will, however, make every effort to provide an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the event or offering a credit towards future events.
3. Participant Cancellation:
   • If a participant decides to cancel their participation for any reason, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the date of cancellation.
4. Product Exchanges:
   • Requests for exchanges of packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for exchanges.

 Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By purchasing any of our Carnival Packages, branded clothing, or merchandise, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy. We encourage all participants to thoroughly review their purchase before finalising the transaction.
