From its inception in 2008, ABIR has been consistently delivering an exciting Dutty Mas experience for Notting Hill Carnival. We strive to meet the needs of our masqueraders in a safe, fun-filled and joyous atmosphere by celebrating the positive aspects of LIFE through the use of paint, powder, dance and soca music.
