Register Today & Win a Flight for Carnival! – Terms and Conditions
**1. Eligibility **
1.1. This “Register Today & Win a Flight for Carnival!” (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom.
-Must register and pay in full for one (1) “Abir Sunday 2024 Early Bird Package”
1.2. Employees or family members of Abir Committee Members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway
1.3. By participating in the Giveaway, eligible individuals fully agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
**2. How to Enter**
2.1. To enter the Giveaway, eligible individuals must register and pay in full for at least one (1) “Abir Sunday 2024 Early Bird Package” by November 15th 2023.
2.2 Only one entry per individual will be accepted.
**3. Entry Period**
3.1. The entry period for the Giveaway begins on October 20th 2023 and ends on November 15th 2023. Registration and payment of “Abir Sunday 2024 Early Bird Package” must be completed on or before November 15th 2023 to be eligible for the Giveaway.
3.2. Any “Abir Sunday 2024 Early Bird Package” purchased prior to the announcement of the Giveaway will be eligible for the Prize.
**4. Prize**
4.1. The Prize is one (1) return Economy ticket from London, England, for a two (2) week period, to any of the following destinations:
-Port-of-Spain for Trinidad & Tobago Carnival 2024,
-Kingston for Jamaica Carnival 2024,
-Castries for St, Lucia Carnival 2024,
-Bridgetown for Barbados Crop Over 2024, or
-St Georges for Grenada Spice Mas 2024.
4.2. The winner is responsible for all additional travel expenses, including accommodation, travel insurance, and other incidental costs.
4.3. Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal value.
**5. Winner Selection**
5.1. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected entrant, using a random number generator. ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. will not be held liable if the Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
5.2. ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
5.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. liability under or in connection with the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize.
**6. Winner Announcement**
6.1. The winner of the Giveaway will be announced on November 17th 2023, on the official social media and advertising channels of ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd.
6.2. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
**7. Prize Claim**
7.1. The winner must claim the Prize within 14 calendar days of the announcement of the winner by responding to the email notification from ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd..
7.2. Failure to claim the Prize within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.
**8. General Conditions**
8.1. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
8.2. By entering, participants release any social media platform from all liability.
8.3. ABIR The Colours of Life Ltd. reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
